Easingwold WI OUTING

19 members were able to enjoy a visit to Newby Hall last week. We loaded up the EDCCA minibus and Pat’s car for a really lovely day out.

We did it all, a trip down the river, miniature railway and guided tour of the house, and of course the beautiful gardens and sculpture park. There was a dolls house display as well.

Lunch was a delicious array of sandwiches and a warm cream and jam scone, we came out quite full, no room for ice creams.

We all came home happy, having wandered around the gift and plant shops. The weather was perfect. It’s good to get together again…….
