Easingwold Bowling Club Norman Hartley Cup

On Sunday 9th August, the 12th Norman Hartley Cup competition was held at Easingwold’s Paradise Fields Green.

The trophy and competition are named in memory of a former member and official of the club who was well known in Easingwold, both as a resident and bookmaker.

The trophy was donated by his family in his memory in 2014, and has been an annual fixture ever since – the exception being 2020 when COVID caused the suspension of many such events.
